Noritake Isabella made in Japan porcelain China dining set for 12 place settings. Featuring a totally modern striped pattern on the edge of each piece, the design is reminiscent of a barcode, very mod which is fitting as it was designed in the 1960s and produced till the early 1980s. With 6 pieces per person (dinner plate, side plate, bread plate, bowl, cup, saucer) the initial set is 72 pieces. Then there are the salt and pepper shakers, lidded sugar bowl and creamer/milk jug.
Added to this are two more cups, two more side plates one of each of these has small crack but doesn't really matter as not part of the main set, added extras! And two separate footed cups. I have done a lot of looking and have priced it extremely competitively considering the size and condition, and some new sets for 4 are often close to the price without the extra pieces.
