Set of Eight 8 Antique Noritake China 175 16034 7 1/2 Coupe Soup Bowls

A set of 8 Coupe Soup Bowls by Noritake in the #175 pattern also often referred to as #16034. These soup bowls are marked as shown with an old green Noritake Handpainted Made in Japan mark that also has the number 16034 as part of the mark. The bowls are not all exactly the same size - they vary from 7-1/4" to 7-1/2". One is reminded that the process of manufacture at the time that this china was made was very primitive compared to the current high tech computerized manufacture.

The bowls are from an estate and as such they have been used and they show some signs of wear but overall they are in very good condition. There are no cracks or chips.

The wear to the gold rims is relatively minor; please see photos to familiarize yourself with the bowls. I think you will be very happy.
