Vintage Noritake China AVON 5531 Flower Snack Plate Tea/Cup Set of 5
This elegant, vintage, discontinued set of Noritake China in the Avon (5531) pattern was produced from 1954 to 1959. It consists of Five snack plates and Five tea/coffee cups (10 pieces total) and is NOT for microwave use. Add elegance to any tabletop with this tea/dessert set. Colors are so elegant with a beautiful gold rim around each tea/coffee cup and plate. This is a truly amazing set. The dessert/snack plate is kidney shaped and measures approx 8.5" long (longest point) and 7" wide (widest part).
The plate is finished with a raised lip that measures approx 0.5 in height. The tea/coffee cup measures 2 1/8" tall and 3.5" diameter across the top. The back of each piece is hallmarked Noritake China, Japan, AVON 5531 as shown clearly in the pictures. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, marks, scratches or crazing.
