Offered here are four (4) china footed cup & saucer sets. By Noritake / Morimura China in the retired and hard to find'Cerulean' Blue pattern (#4726). Manufactured in occupied Japan from 1945 to 1952. This pattern features multi colored floral bouquets with blue and gold filigree scrolls and accents. And gold trim on a light yellow and bright white background. All pieces are in very nice condition, with hardly a mark or sign of use. The glazing is clear and bright.
There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repai rs and the gold trim is 99% intact. Measurements of the cups are 2 1/4" high and the saucers are 5 5/8" in diameter. This is a lovely and popular attractive pattern that looks great even after all the years.
