They are in great condition. The Barentz pattern was in production around 1933, and is now discontinued. It features a green and tan Laurel band and rings with a cream band. Some sources describe it as an elegant pattern trimmed with gold and a classical Barentz olive Laurel border.
Noritake itself has a rich history dating back to 1876. Noritake's "Barentz"#3716 is a vintage pattern from the 1930's that was produced by the company known for its high quality porcelain dinnerware and its history as a pioneer in exporting Japanese dinnerware to the West.
